About the game

Water Sort is a puzzle game for personal entertainment, operated by Shenzhen Mizhi Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. Use it in accordance with applicable law and platform rules. The App Store version’s application license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These terms describe additional game and commercial conditions and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Progress and virtual items

Coins, experience points, tools, cosmetics, and artworks are in-game items with no cash-out, transfer, or trading feature. Earned items are different from an App Store purchase entitlement. Restarting a level does not refill spent tools or repeat first-clear rewards.

Progress is stored locally, without developer account recovery or cross-device sync. Ending the app process restarts an unfinished puzzle while preserving saved long-term progress and assets. Deleting app data or changing devices may lose progress. Restoring a purchase does not restore a game save.

Advertisements and rewards

The game includes banners and optional rewarded ads. The current version does not show automatic interstitial ads between levels. Rewarded ads depend on network and provider availability; a displayed reward is granted only after the applicable earning conditions are met. An ad-removal purchase does not grant rewards or tools automatically. Products and services linked from third-party ads are provided by those third parties.

Remove Ads purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is not available yet. The following describes the planned offer, to apply only when purchasing is enabled and Apple presents a purchase confirmation.

The planned upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. It removes banner ads in this game. Optional rewarded ads for tools remain available. It does not include other games, additional coins or tools, cloud saves, or automatic collection unlocks. We make no Family Sharing commitment here.

The applicable price, currency, and tax treatment will be shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Paid benefits are provided after verification of an active purchase. A refunded or revoked purchase may lose its associated entitlement. Before buying, review the scope displayed in the app and on the Remove Ads page.

Restoration and refunds

When the purchase becomes available, eligible non-consumable entitlements are intended to be restored through this game using the original purchasing Apple Account. Restoration must not charge you again and does not restore earned local assets. The current version cannot restore a paid entitlement that it does not yet offer. Contact support if the feature is unavailable rather than repeatedly attempting payment.

For purchases processed by Apple, submit refund requests through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Eligibility depends on Apple’s process and applicable rules. We do not promise approval of every request or exclude statutory refund and other remedies.

Acceptable use and updates

We retain our rights in the game or use assets under appropriate licenses. Do not exploit the game to falsify transactions or rewards or disrupt services. Updates may change levels and features, but this does not authorize arbitrary cancellation of valid paid entitlements. Liability and disputes are subject to applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
