Please include the app version, iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots can help; redact unrelated personal information. For an Apple purchase issue, a redacted order reference may also help. Never send passwords, verification codes, or full card details.

Why did my current puzzle restart?
Ending the app process restarts an unfinished level. Saved level progress, coins, tool balances, collections, and preferences remain. Spent tools are not refunded by restarting. Briefly switching to another app does not restart the puzzle if the game process remains alive.
Can I recover progress after reinstalling or changing devices?
The game has no developer-operated cloud save or account synchronization. Deleting it may delete local progress. Please do not reinstall as your first troubleshooting step. Device backups depend on your system settings; we cannot guarantee recovery of a particular save. Restoring an App Store purchase does not restore earned game progress.
Is Remove Ads available?
Not yet. The one-time purchase is planned to remove banner ads while leaving optional rewarded ads available. The current version does not charge for this feature. See Remove Ads for details.
How will purchase restoration work?
Once purchasing is available in your version, use the original purchasing Apple Account and the game’s Restore Purchases option with an internet connection. If an eligible purchase does not restore, contact us instead of buying again. Apple also provides purchase-restoration help.
How do I request a refund?
For a purchase billed by Apple, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com using the purchasing Apple Account and follow Apple’s instructions. See Apple’s refund help. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable rules and does not mean that every request will be approved.
What if a rewarded ad fails or a reward is missing?
A failed load or an incomplete earning condition does not grant a reward. Check your connection and try later. If you completed the earning flow but the tool balance is wrong, send us the time, tool involved, and app version. Third-party ad availability is not guaranteed.
How do I change language or numbers?
Open Settings to choose Arabic or English. Switching language also selects its usual number format. You can then adjust the numeral setting manually. No restart is needed.
